At Burjora, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and fulfill orders placed on burjora.com.

1. Delivery Coverage

Burjora ships exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We deliver to all seven Emirates:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Fujairah

We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to a UAE address.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are calculated in business days, which are Monday through Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Please note that delivery timelines may be slightly extended during peak shopping periods, public holidays, or in cases of high order volumes. We will notify you if there are any significant delays affecting your order.

3. Order Processing

Once you place an order on burjora.com, our team begins processing it within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If you have any concerns about your order status, please contact us at support@burjora.com with your order number.

4. Shipping Charges

Burjora offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the UAE. There are no delivery fees or hidden charges added at checkout, the price you see is the price you pay.

5. Payment on Delivery

All orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our delivery partner. Please ensure the exact or approximate amount is available at the time of delivery. No online payment or advance payment is required.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make reasonable attempts to reach you at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may:

  • Attempt to contact you via the phone number provided during checkout
  • Reschedule delivery for the next business day
  • Leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions

If multiple delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned. In such cases, please contact support@burjora.com to arrange re-delivery or resolution.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including apartment or villa numbers, building names, area, and Emirate. Burjora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you realize an error in your delivery address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at support@burjora.com. We will make every effort to correct it before dispatch.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery at support@burjora.com. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

We take product quality seriously and will work to resolve all such cases fairly and efficiently.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Burjora makes every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, certain factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, logistical disruptions, courier delays, or public holidays, may occasionally impact delivery timelines. In such situations, we will communicate with you as quickly as possible and work to resolve any delays.
