What payment methods does Burjora accept?
Burjora currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. You pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep, no card details required, no upfront payment. We believe this builds trust and makes shopping accessible for all our customers across the UAE.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order requirement at Burjora. You can order a single item or multiple products in one transaction.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@burjora.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been dispatched, modifications may not be possible, but you can still return it under our 30-day return policy.

Which areas does Burjora deliver to?
Burjora delivers to all seven Emirates of the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across the UAE takes 1 to 3 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the volume of orders being processed.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Burjora offers free delivery on all orders across the UAE. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
